Thank you Steve. Accessed the video from the URL you posted in Mind-L newsgroup. Chronic long held pain in right prostate and right knee significantly diminished. Entire nerve running through right leg became warm as the video progressed and when finished, the pain had dissolved. Amazing. Thank you!

Wow !!! That was so soothing, I almost fell asleep. I was aware of the face and hand tingles. There was also a lot of energy moving around my head, like the 7th Chakra was opening. I could feel my body relaxing more as I watched, it felt very calming and a peacefulness came over me. Also, I started to take spontaneous deep breaths, which was a sign that my body was receiving healing energy. So the changes are subtle but I do sense the energy. Very nice Steve, I feel more relaxed now and calm.....thank you!

I have a question, does watching this vid more than once increase the healing effect? If you watched it like 5 times in a row, would that increase the healing energy or the overall healing you could receive?

what would the effect be if you had energy blockages, would this help to 'unblock' them or would it add to the congestion?

The energy healing session should help to unblock the areas that are blocked, especially if you place your attention on the blocked area.
