Practice the Greenwood body method to remove inner blocks and

Take a seat. Meditate on it, whatever it happens to be. Reflect on it. And stimulate your vagus nerve.

There's nothing better the de-conditioning.

EFT goes very well with the HAMR technique. Google both. there are support forums on the same topic, with excellent innovation! Google Shen technique and try the youtube videos.
It is one one of the easiest effective techniques on releasing.
If possible watch all 4 videos.

I find all blockages to be a result of belief. Past memories that still bother you tend to be a belief formed from a specific perception you held on to.

If you would just take that memory and change the perspective to where it is not what you thought it was, it will no longer bother you. The energy is then freed up to use in the creation of the now and future.

It's Jobet's creation. As far as I know he's only created 2 or 3 of them. The device removes all negative energy out of your system, filters it and returns the filtered energy back into your system.
