Good day
I am considering trying a tai chi class improving my mental and physical wellfare, balance and form.
I am a tad confused about the different schools and styles, I am not much into figthing, grappling or kicking, thus really can't think of anything else when it comes to another martial arts.
My querry is, has anyone tried it? Has someone anything else to recommend me perhaps?
