How instant is instant? And it really depends on what you mean by healing. For example, every wound you get in your life begins the healing process instantly. Other people talk about healing as being free of pain. So some specificity is really needed here before a solid answer is given.

And what methods did you have in mind to accomplish this? "Metaphysical" techniques, when used correctly, can accomplish some amazing things, although that depends on what you want to define as metaphysical.

Then there are things like hormone supplementation etc etc. So please, elaborate further.

Well, as far as instant, I mean a second or two after the injury, it starts the accelerated healing process. As far as healing goes, I meant to the point of healing instantly from all kinds of injuries both fatal and minor. I did'nt have a specific method in mind, but metaphysical sounds like the best option. Some people say one can achive superhuman abilities through biokinesis. Is this true? if so is there someone here that would instruct me in how to develope this to those levels?

it's possible, but the time/effort/dedication/etc. required to learn and practice it makes it virtually impossible. Being able to do instant healing will take more than a whole lifetime...

Impossible is everything that ONE cannot imagine or explain. You think that it may take more than a lifetime because you didn't reach the knowledge.

Just remember how many things you though were impossible and how many of them became real.

Once people though that it is impossible to fly but we flew. And it is sure that we grow. Step by step we expand the universe and our unconsciousness where the answers of our questions stay.

Maybe those who have been around a long while can suggest some things we talk about on this board that would speed up healing, they may not be "super", but they might lean in that direction.

If I were to pick one thing that might speed up healing, I would choose the 2X extra large superchi pendant.
