I've been fanning out programming works to workers at elance.com then recently tried the services of workers at vworker. Found myself hoodwinked by more than 3 individuals, one of which had A+++ feedback.

Be wary, guys, if you source labor from this site. The characters don't quite meet standards- at least to my liking
