I want to add more. I also listen to miracle prayer mp3, words of power for healing, etc., when I sleep, (by Dr. Mitchell Gibson), always wake up refreshed even after only 4 to 5 hours of sleep. I would say for me personally the Jack Greenwood 'Body Method' is the most effective tool i have ever found (for clearing and grounding).

I had wanted to post in this thread when it first went up then forgot about it. So here's my thoughts....

I think one of the most important devices for me would be my purple plate, since I have a large 12 inch by 12 inch one in my kitchen I use to clear and charge up all my food. Using it has become a habit now, I've been doing this for years now, but I suppose if I had to do without it, I could, so it's not something impossible to live without. So the purple plate is the one device I really like and use almost everyday.

Standing back and taking a look at all the devices I have and also "things" I do to energize myself. I would have to say that the TOP thing for me personally is the MBO requests I use to ask my guardian angel for help with everyday things (I'll post a link to the thread where this get's explained, so you can try it out too). This does not fall into the device category, but I would have to list it as THE most important thing I'm using at this time.

The MBO's (most benevolent outcomes) really are super important to me, I use them everyday, 7 days a week. It's become a habit now and so many synchronistic things happen on a daily basis because of these requests....I'm still amazed after starting this more than 9 months ago. I'm a little dissapointed I didn't know about this 10 years ago... the last 10 years would have been much more fun and there would have been much less stress.... oh well, and so it goes....
