For a while now, I've had minor OCD, and I've felt compelled to do certain tasks and rituals excessively, but that hasn't bothered me too much. The worse problem is that I often get really negative intrusive thoughts in my head. That if I don't do something, that something bad will happen to me or someone I love.

But lately, it's gotten even worse, to the point that early in the morning or when im meditating, I would get really negative thoughts in the forms of affirmations, since I know my subconscious is more suggestible then. Or when I'm trying to visualize....I know visualization works, but while trying to visualize what I want I would often get really bad visions of things that I don't want.

Has anybody else experienced something like this?

I'm not sure whether it's me trying to sabotage myself, or something negative, but it's really unpleasant and preventing me from achieving a lot of things.

This can be for a number of reasons. Taking in negative energy, telepathic thoughts of others and entities.



Get a clearing from Sphinx as it is recommended as I know he does a good job. This won't tackle the core of the issue though as it can return at any time. So if you get a clearing from him, take care of the issue at the core ASAP, before it returns and latches back on.


Ways you can take care of this step by step.


1) flood and cleanse your aura, astral bodies, physical bodies and whatever else with white/gold(bright) light like the sun a bunch of times or passovers each session.. and have 3 sessions: when you wake up, in the middle of the day and before bed.

2) These colors strengthen the aura as white and gold are positive and white covers all color spectrums, and apparently the sun covers even the infrared and ultraviolet spectrum. So after cleaning, do it again and say an affirmation outloud 5 times along the lines of:

"I am breathing in powerful protective energy from the sun. This energy builds an aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all times in every way."

Before sleep do the same, but affirm 5-10 times:

"I am always totally safe and protected in every way."



3) Visualize a rich intense blue flame emanating from around your aura and burning any negative parasite or attachment or negative energy off of you. Visualize this same fire not just doing that, but having the effect of acting like a hardened shield and sealing all negative or alien influences (how you program this is up to your intent) outside of yourself.

Now spread this fire wherever you are like in a room from the top, bottom and sides as well as thickly lining the corners, doors and windows and command it to do the same... just build it up and thicken it and command it to shield the entire area. Next spread the same fire throughout the negative space (air) in the room and spin it rapidly like a vortex from you (you are the center) and fill and permeate the air with this energy and spin it rapidly like the speed of light and command it to do the same thing and keep any foreign influences from somehow getting in or inhabiting the space.

Make sure to command all these energy to be permanent for the entire day or however long you want or at least until you banish them. Though I doubt you'd want to do it.

alternatively, you can carry an amehyst quartz (spherical). Whenever you have bad thoughts, grasp the crystal in your right hand (projector hand) and say "I throw all these useless thoughts into the crystal"

It's part of the healing visualization protocol. Really works!
