I've had partial success with tooth rebuilding using Inert Gas Devices. It is my opinion that reversing tooth decay, or rebuilding teeth (or any part of the body) is reliant on the body being in the best possible shaped, and being supplemented with the best vitamins and minerals possible.

There is a very strong orientation on this forum to look to exotic methods to accomplish rather common goals, such that basic and common-sense methods are overlooked.

For example, it will be nearly impossible to improve your teeth if you still have a mouth full of amalgam fillings. If you have any infections, long standing abnormal conditions or persistent diseases, then likewise, you body is working on "solving" these, and will not divert the energy to "entertain" methods your mind insists on using.

You can attempt an override command to force your body to adhere to something your mind insists on doing, but in the end, your body will win. It is so much easier to give your body the basic building blocks it requires to repair and maintain, before moving on to mind-based techniques.

That said, you can move things along right nicely not only by giving your body required amounts of highly bio-available vitamins, minerals and nutrients, but also fresh foods (organic when possible), and learning the tenets of overall health.

Even though it seems like it should be relatively trivial to prevent or reverse tooth decay, or even to regrow teeth, you have hit one of those stones that upon unearthing, turns out to have a whole mountain underneath it. I refer to the foundation of health which starts with your mouth, and upon which so many other health problems emanate.

I recommend doing some research on the following items:

    Alpha Lipoic Acid

    Gamma Lineoic Acid

    Resveratrol


If you are convinced that you are no longer eating sugar, look in your pantry and refrigerator for anything in a box or can. Look at the ingredient list. High- fructose corn syrup? Fructose? Sucrose? Lactose? Sugar? Look for how many grams.

You will find sugar, and especially HFCS in all sorts of unlikely places. Bread. Soup. Cereal. Canned fruit. Salad dressing. And this is just one item, one extremely unwholesome ingredient in a long line of many. Keep reading that ingredient list. How many of those ingredients are familiar? Do you have them in your kitchen?

I don't have any Polysorbate-80 or mono and diglycerides in my larder. If you want a real eye-opener on this, read a book called Twinkie, Deconstructed. What you have been encouraged to think of as food, a sort of 1950's version of food is nothing of the sort. Taking a doctor or nutritionist's advice about what to eat is based on this myth of "real food."

Now while such food exists, in all likelihood it is not on the shelves of your local supermarket (unless your local supermarket is Whole Foods Market or some other mostly organic and/or unprocessed foodstuff market).

None of this is meant to discourage you, but rather to inform you of the scope of the problem. A firm foundation of health will not only further your aims using unconventional technology, but you will become much more aware of you are capable of, what kinds of miraculous feats you can do with just a healthy body.

Excellent info GT. Reminds me a lot of Weston Price's stuff from the early 1900s. Especially his anecdotal twin studies; one twin eats a traditional diet and has perfect teeth, the other twin eats a "modern" diet and his teeth are rotting out of his face.

I'm not sure about his ideas. Some of them make sense and seem like they would work, but his ideas don't seem to be accepted by many dentists.

Oil pulling seems to be the favourite as I've seen it on so many websites while not even looking for it. I'll probably give that a go tomarow. It's to late to cancel the filling appointment(really not looking forward to that Crying or Very sad), but it should take care of my other teeth. One of the things that seems important is also making sure your mouth is alkaline so the bacteria wont grow. Does oil pulling aid in this?

After about 3 months of oil pulling I noticed that my teeth didn't get oversensitive to ice-cream anymore. I'm optimistic about it preventing tooth decay. Give it a try it's cheap and easy.

Thanks for the website. It's put together quite well and some interesting stuff there. My first oil pulling didn't go well. I lasted for about a minute before I had to spit. How do you manage keep with something so disgusting? I'll look into other oils. Maybe almond oil won't make me want to puke.

Ok I was trying to be subtle earlier. It would be nice if people could send me loving/healing energy for my filling on Monday. Sorry to be a pain, but the anxiety of it is closing my heart faster than I can open it. Anyway, I'll look into oil pulling some more when I get back from my BBQ. It seems a really good idea, I think maybe I just need to get used to it.

You get used to it after a while. I started with sunflower oil which has a very light nutty flavor.

Others things which are beneficial for tooth, gum: Blackseed oil, Hydrogen peroxide, Ozone water, clove oil.

Stop using toothpaste. Follow this routine. Use brush lightly on your teeth. You may use aluminium free baking soda to clean instead. Or use Activated charcoal to clean your teeth. Rinse you mouth. Then use Hydrogen peroxide(3% food based) and keep in mouth for a while and spit it out. Do not use water or any other thing for a while. Make sure you are not allergic to these remedies.If you are, then do not use it.

Do above routine three times if possible. It does not take long to do that. Always clean your tongue. You will see the difference in your mouth very quickly. No doubt, oil pulling also works.

I guess that's the one thing they forget to mention at the oilpulling website and that's when you first start the oil, no matter which one you use, it tastes terrible. I've been oilpulling for over 2 years now, and I started with sunflower, and now I use sesame, since I like the nutty flavor more.

All in all, you get used to the taste. Also to heal a sore tooth, you might want to oil pull 3 times a day (on an empty stomach) since that will speed things up for you, when you have pain. I don't have any serious problems, so I only oil pull once a day, in the morning as soon as I get up.

I'm impressed at how it keeps my mouth in tip-top shape.... and as far as detoxing the body, I don't doubt this is taking place, but it's much harder to notice.

The key, according to the website, is to do it on an empty stomach, which means don't drink or eat anything when you first wake up, even if your mouth is really dry. I also notice that the oil sometimes seems to be absorbed into my body, which is also OK. I start out with a tablespoon full but by the time I spit it out, it's much less. During the day, just make sure you don't eat or drink anything for 2 hours before you oil pull. I think the most important time to oil pull is when you first wake up, but I can't be sure. I like to do it once in the morning and get it overwith, it does get a bit tiresome doing it everyday... but it's not that bad.

One more thing I've tried, and I read about other people doing this so I thought about trying it myself, is to do a second 15 min, after you finish the first. So you oil pull with a tablespoon full, then after 15 min. spit it out and put another tablespoon full in and keep going for another 15 min. Usually by this time, my mouth is super tired, and I have to stop, but I think it works better for serious problems, like tooth aches. There is a board on curezone I believe where they talk about this.

I've read about that. I think what they recommend is to have a drink of water, go for a walk and then oil pull about an hour later. Though I don't think it would do any harm to absorb a small amount of oil.

Stop using tooth paste completely. Use Activated Charcoal instead. Baking soda can be used instead. Drink black seed oil everyday one teaspoon at least. Do brush with out paste lightly. Then rinse mouth with plane water. Then take 1-2 teaspoon of Hydrogen peroxide(Food based 3%) in your mouth and keep in your mouth for 5 minutes. After that, spit out hydrogen peroxide and do not rinse mouth with water any more. Just keep as it is. You can repeat hydrogen peroxide 3 times a day if it is possible for you.Make sure you are not allergic to above mentioned remedies. You can start with a little then proceed to full quantity. You can add Apple cider vinegar to your routine. If you use all these remedies, you can reverse Tooth decay completely and can have healthy teeth, gums and overall better health.
Flossing is also ok to do. Use them and share your experience. If you go to aboutclay.com and get some clay and use on your teeth. That's another good resource for teeth.
