Hi, all,

I have a question (especially for native Americans, but also for anyone).
My yard is somehow disturbed by a mole and I'd like to contact the spirit of the moles (I'm serious...). What kind of present can be given to the spirits of animals in exchange of some small service???

It makes me wonder how Raymon Grace would solve this problem with his pendulum?

I've read some interesting books on fairies and devas and such and I would call out to the nature spirits, the fairies and devas to please help you relocate the mole off your land. If you say this outloud in your yard you should see some type of response. After you make this statement in the yard, I would double check with the pendulum, and see if it did indeed get through to everyone involved. You can even ask for a time, like one day, or two days... etc... that the mole will be gone.

When you ask the nature spirits for help with this, be very detailed in what you wish to see happen... the end result.

One of my projects that I've been working on for the past few years is striking up a better communication with nature spirits, devas, faires.... etc. The one book that was a fantastic help for me was "Healing with the Fairies" by Doreen Virtue. I actually had all sorts of spontaneous encounters with these beings as I read the book. You might want to check it out.

If you have moles, then the spirit of the mole is in your yard and you need to get rid of it. If you dowse that it is ok, banish the spirit of the mole from your property. If you dowse that your spirit guides are able to remove it, let them to do it for you. Then scramble the frequency of your property to one that would repel moles. You could then try putting up a shield that would prevent the spirit of the mole from returning.

My wish is to work with the Spirit, rather than against it.
I could have put some mole-repelling energy in my yard, with my pendulum. I've often worked on animals. But I've never worked against them and against their right to live on the Earth and their usefulness in nature.

I think I'll both invite the Spirit, to talk to it/him/her and dowse for its/his/her presence, understanding...

If you choose to go that route, you must come to an understanding and agreement, that if the moles stay off your property, then you will never do any harm to a mole that is elsewhere. Send your spirit guides to discuss this with the spirit of the mole. If this does not go well, bring in the spiritual diplomats to mediate.

It is a complicated matter of politics and strategy...

This morning, I have found seven new holes in the yard. After I put my vibration in harmony with the spirit of the moles ("Spirit of the moles" does not sound serious, does it???), I talked to it/him and recognized the use of moles and their right to live, I then asked it/him/her to keep moles out of my yard "please (...) thank you."

Since this morning, nothing new, but mole holes come in a yard like waves. So, I am waiting a little bit.

I had read, a while back, the books by Machaelle Small Wright, who is very famous for working with the fairies, devas, and nature spirits in America. She modeled her garden and home after the Findhorn community in Scotland I think, and how they worked with the fairies and nature spirits.

In her "Garden Workbook" (there are two books, Book I and Book II), there was a story about how she got rid of moles in her garden. I'm trying to remember the story, since I no longer have the book, she got rid of many moles from her backyard by asking the nature spirits for help. What I can't remember is the exact words she used, which are very important, since you could try her exact invocations. All I can remember is that when she asked the nature spirits to help her, after about 5 min. she was very suprised to see about 20 or so moles all start to run over her yard and move into an next door plot of land that was not used by anyone.

The surprize she felt as all the moles ran across her yard was really something, she said that she never saw such a spectical in her whole life, even her dog was going a bit crazy watching all the moles run. Anyway, I think she solved her problem with them. You could buy the books, but you might want to contact her and the people she works with through her website, tell them about your problem and they might be able to give some tips.

Moles are not the only problem she's had through the years, she also had to get rid of Japanese beetles and a few other pests. And she did this through cooperation and love, not force or aggression. That's a good first step, talking to the nature spirits in your yard even though you felt rediculous. That's exactly how I felt when I first began, until I started to see a response to my request's.

One example, while walking in a park near my home I decided to feed some squirrels. I usually see many squirrels running up and down the tree's but this day, I could not find one anywhere. So I decided to ask the nature spirits and especially the fairies to help me. I asked outloud for them to lead me to a squirrel to feed and I did this out in an open field with only grass and leaves all around. As I walked around this field I got a very subtle urge to approach a tree that looked very nice from a distance, but I wanted to get a closer look. Just as I walked up to it and put my hand on the trunk, I looked up and there sitting on the lowest branch was a squirrel about one meter away...it looked as if he was waiting for me. I could not believe how quickly I received a response from my request, but was happy that it did work.

I do this often now when I'm out in nature, I make request's to see certain animals or birds and see what comes of it. Most of the time I get a fairly good respose.

Just today, I was eating a muffin and coffee at an ourdoor cafe, and asked the nature spirits and fairies and angels to send over some birds that wanted part of my muffin. It took a few min. and I had to make the request a few times, but eventually some small sparrows did come over to me. On another occasion, I even asked the nature spirits to tell the birds I'm their good friend and lo and behold the sparrows came right up to me and practically eat out of my hand. I could not believe how fearless they were, but I guess my statement about being their friend really got through to them.

So I practice this as much as I can, establishing a communication link with nature is not as hard as it seems, once you get past feeling silly actually talking to nature without having anyone there (or so it seems) to really hear you.

I only say this to encourage you to continue and be persistant, eventually you'll start to see things happening.

Very interesting point PH. I've been wondering whether this method could be effective for expelling indoor 'pests' such as mice (and mosquitoes?) as well. Couple of months ago I found a dead mouse lying near a cupboard in my study where my lover had left a sprinkle of poison pellets atop a saucer. I was horrified and urged him to immediately remove the deadly poison as well as the dead criiter. Since then not a single mouse has dared to enter our apartment, hallelujah. However,
should these rodents resume their nightly visits I'll certainly try to call upon the mouse faeries or gnomes!! Still, I'm reminded of Rudolf Steiner's (you know, the (in)famous German philosopher's) 'remedy' for the nuisance of a rabbit-infested kitchen garden. He burned two rabbits (male and female) he'd shot first and sprinkled the ashes (dissolved in a cup of water) all over the yard. Well, you've got it right: no rabbit dared to trespass ever again... Talk about intelligent cruelty!

I was having some difficulty clearing severe cat allergies from a fellow metaphysicist using traditional dowsing clearing methods. The symptoms were simply eased a bit. Frustrated, I asked and dowsed "is there a spirit of cat allergies, and if so, does she have it in her?", and got Yes to both. (Raymon Grace says there is a spirit for almost anything you can think of). So I sent my spirit guides to remove the spirit of cat allergies, and left a shield around her that the spirit could not re-enter. She dowsed normal, so I joked with her that she should stick her face in the fur of her cat and inhale deeply. She had great faith, because she immediately did so and had no reaction. There has not been an allergic reaction since the clearing was done. For her sake, I hope it holds.

The lesson learned is that if nothing else is completing the job, I look at "the spirit of whatever" and see if it is present. I attended a seminar of Raymon's a couple of weekends ago and learned a lot. He is a very helpful, giving person. But if you do not cross his limits, he will be blunt and to the point. A lot of this stuff sounded funny to me at first, but then when I actually tried using it, I found that it worked a lot (not all) of the time. Raymon likes to say "If you do nothing, nothing will happen. If you try to do something, something may happen." So obviously, it never hurts to try, no matter how far-fetched something sounds.
