Hello ALL,

I have been using Nlp, EFT, Sedona method and some energy excerises to get rid of my negative emotions and energy inside me with some success. But, I feel there are still some old deep rooted negative patterns and past hidden in me that are holding me back to manifest what I want in my life or slowing down the manifestation process.

What are some good ways to REALLY GET RID OF all the negative energy, patterns, emotions inside my unconscious, so I can 100% focus on my desires.

I'm also preparing to use the emotrance method and clean my chakas as well to see if it can help me.

The NLP technique of swishing can get you into the Zone.

Next time bad thoughts and painful emotions well up, quickly picture a blank wall. This gets the evil at bay.

Then replace the wall with an image of a time when you felt truly great. Truly happy.

I find reframing to work the best. Reframing traces the unconscious memories causing the negative feelings and "reframes" them into new memories telling your unconscious to handle them that way. It seems to work the best out of everything for removing negative feelings because it traces the root of the negative feeling and changes it. Its all psychology
