Kim Kardashian returned to social media now, after an extended hiatus following an episode in her Paris hotel room in early October in which she was robbed and held at gunpoint. Her first post back was an adorable shot of her, Kanye, North, and Saint, which she captioned “family”:
Huffington Post reported that earlier Kim had dropped the ‘West’ from her name on both Instagram and Twitter, making her listed name only ‘Kim’ and her manages ‘KimKardashian’.
Since her union Kim has stayed @KimKardashian on both Instagram and Twitter (lengthening the handle would alter old links and also make it considerably more difficult for her name to be mentioned in Tweets) but has used ‘Kim Kardashian West’ across the board as her genuine listed name accompanying the social networking profiles. !
Since posting the picture, her name is now recorded as ‘Kim Kardashian West’ again. !
Supporters that know the family’s recent issues: the robbery and Kanye’s collapse and hospitalization wondered if Kim meant something by dropping her husband’s name, if just briefly.
The adoring image Kim posted later looks to negate that, but social media is consistently supposed to describe the perfect variation of your own life.
