I’m sipping a frozen frappe patting myself on the back.
It was mere moments ago that  I and  a call center HR manager closed an executive coaching stint for my team.
We shook hands just before beginning that discussion. At the exact moment we locked palms, I mentally said to myself “Here’s a partnership I look forward to.”
