How to Find Supreme Energy
Our failings can be powerful tools to transformation. They form part of the whole. Accepting them can issue new desires. If we are willing to look at them we allow for transformation to spring forth. Resisting slams the door to change and growth. In embracing and being grateful in the Now we clear the space for the new. It also means being in the Flow and in alignment with Source Energy.
Detrimental thoughts spring from toxicity. Consuming pure foods makes the way to living a blissful life easier.
Another protocol to cleanse the body is from the Ho’oponopono technique described by Joe Vitale in his book Zero Limit, co authored by Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len. This is an ancient Hawaiian process for problems solving.
Ho’oponopono recommends a simple process of “letting go” of any “toxic energies” within you and allowing a “new space” for the healing power of the true Divine.
The protocol requires the reiteration of these affirmations throughout the day:
“I love you.”
“I thank you.”
“Please forgive me.”
“I forgive you.”
“I am sorry.”
“I accept.”
“I am one with all.”
Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len, founder of this system, explains:When your Soul experiences memories replaying problems, say to them mentally or silently: “I love you dear memories. I am grateful for the opportunity to free all of you and me.” “I love you” can be repeated quietly again and again.
Understand that memories refuse to go on vacation nor do they retire unless you bury them.
What’s more, “I love you” can be used even when problems haven’t cropped up yet. For example, it can be issued before engaging in any activity such as making or answering a telephone call or before getting into your car to go somewhere.
