possible scenarios. 1. Regsoft.com, our merchant processor, rejected your
credit card, and therefore your order. 2. Your order was accepted, and the
email with the download links was sent to your email address, but your
mailbox rejected our email as SPAM. The latter occurs 70% of the time,
leaving the customer wondering why he never gets the product. An approved
order should entitle you to the download link 30 minutes from purchase.

long does it take for my physical product to reach my address?

Registered mail takes a month to any global destination. Express mail takes
