product is returned after 60 days, we refund only
30% of its
value to prevent abuse of buyers who "rented" our systems then just returned
them after they achieved what they wanted. This had been the case with

Radionic machines returned
after 90 days are not eligible for refund.
For
subliminal MP3s- we refund the full amount within 6 months provided the CD is
returned to us in good order. After 180 days, we can no longer entertain
refunds due to abuse of our lenient policies in the past.
For Seminar /
Masterclass recordings- no refund. Due to chronic abuse where the
purchaser would even purchase the item from a self-created affilate link,
learn the methods, post of them in discussion boards then request a refund
after mastering it.

A: All products are experimental;

haven't received my infoProduct through an expected download link.
A: Two
possible scenarios. 1. Digiresults.com, our merchant processor, rejected your
credit card, and therefore your order. 2. Your order was accepted, and the
email with the download links was sent to your email address, but your
mailbox rejected our email as SPAM. The latter occurs 70% of the time,
leaving the customer wondering why he never gets the product. An approved
order should entitle you to the download link 30 minutes from purchase.

never received confirmation email after an order
A: It
could mean your order failed fraud check and was denied by Regsoft.com, our
merchant processor, or your mailbox/ISP rejected the incoming confirmation

is answering my email.
A: We
have staff poised to respond within 5 hours any given business day. If you
receive no response it means we never got your email. Your ISP may have
